I don't like college

Idk college has just started and I was so excited, but I hate it. I hate having free periods in the middle of my day, I hate having classes with different people in each time and I hate having to travel for an hour and a half to get there.

Is it bad that I already hate college and I've only been going like a week?
(The workload isn't too bad yet tho)

Hey, I get that it can be overwhelming, especially with a long commute. Have you considered getting a nearer accommodation? Maybe if the commute stress is reduced, you might enjoy the experience😇

Omg same! I was so excited to start college, I had my first day of school yesterday and I hated it. I like the course I’m doing, it’s just the school. There’s like thousands of us in one school, so it gets overwhelming. There always seems to be an issue with the timetable as it changes more than five times a day. I got lost trying to find my way around and I was bombarded with coursework. I don’t have any classes or lunch break with anyone I know ( I know just two people, my cousin and a girl I met on induction day). Everyone has their own friend group, the canteen is always filled up so you’re left with no choice but to stay in the library, so I couldn’t eat. I loved welcome day that’s why I chose the school in the first place.
As a very optimistic person, yesterday’s experience made me have a rethink about my whole life in general. I’m exhausted! 😪
