URGENT: Tenancy takeover near University of York (Studio)

Hiya, I’m looking for someone who is looking for a studio room near University of York and St. John’s University, it is located in Vita student. The room is a single/double occupancy, for a single occupant it is £276 per week and for double they charge 20% - £331.2 (split between two people). Bills are already included.

Contract: ASAP until the 6th of September 2025

Room location: Ground floor

Room feature: Bed, TV, Desk, Dining Table, Kitchen, and Ensuite Bathroom

Facilities: Communal and study space, cinema room, gym, bike rental (free of charge), dining area (breakfast every weekday at 7-10am), laundry, parcel collection, and 24/7 reception.

Edit: the per week price will be £260. if you check the clearing room it is currently £279 and my revised one was £276, however, I don’t mind taking the loss as I need this room to be taken over ASAP
