SFE, Maintanance Loan & Restarting

I've applied to SFE for funding both for tuition & maintenance to study for an accelerated degree this year after previously studying a BSc with the Open University in 2022, I had to quit in the first term for personal reasons. I'm wondering will this affect me getting the tuition loan with it being my second time doing a Bsc? Even though I dropped out within 2/3 months of the course starting?
Also, I enrolled on Monday but my application is still processing and says to expect an update by the 30th of September, I am just wondering if it becomes approved on that date, will my maintenance loan be released having already enrolled on my course now?
Finally (sorry) I had to fill in a change of circumstances form because my uni has partnered with another uni and we needed to apply under the new uni name so i had to change the uni on my application, will this now delay the 30th of September deadline for an update/approval?

For your previous course at the OU, did you leave the course without gaining any qualification?

Hi there. We don't take part time previous study into account for full time courses, so this should not affect your entitlement. We can't release your Maintenance Loan without receiving your registration from the university first. Thanks, Leah.
