TMUA and application deadline

Hi, I am planning on studying economics in the UK, for this reason I have to take the TMUA. I was wondering how does the TMUA fit into my UCAS application since I am planning on sitting the test in January (8/9), however results only come out in the middle of February. Since all uni applications close on January 29, how will the university get my TMUA results? especially since it is a requirement for some (eg. Warwick).
