i want to focus on math so desperately but with my adhd its impossible, any tips?

Hey so I have some experience of tutoring adhd peers in maths and I would suggest using blooket or a similar resource to make your learning more engaging visually. Watching videos can also be helpful if you find that’s a better way for you to process information. Whiteboards can be useful for getting your ideas down fast if you find that you struggle with that in any way.
