Hi do I pay home fee status to study at university as a spouse of a British National and I’ve been living in England for five years now.On second extension of spouse visa not settled yet?

Thanks - just to confirm, it's up to the university to decide what fees you're charged. So, it's up to them to decide if you're charged home fees or not.

We'd suggest asking the university about this directly.
