Still haven't received a student email?

I've been registered to enrol for some weeks now and yet I still have not received any sign of getting a student account. It has been stuck on "in progress" for quite a while. Does anybody else have this problem?

I still have the same problem. It's stuck due to an error in the portal.

I hope you are doing well. I am sorry that you are facing some issues regarding your student account, I understand that it could be frustrating and inconvenient for you.
