Personal statement for Oxford E&M and other pure Econ at different universities?

Hi - I am currently planning my UCAS application and have thus found five courses I would like to study:
- University of Oxford: Economics and Management
- London School of Economics and Political Science: Economics
- University College London: Information Management for Business or Economics
- Imperial College London: Economics, Finance and Data Science
- University of Warwick: Economics
Do you think it makes sense to try and apply to those courses, or is it better to focus only on one subject? Can you write a good statement for Economics and Management, Economics and Imperial's Econ, Finance and Data Science course? As far as I know, Imperial stated that the PS does not matter that much because they know that most students are applying to pure Econ elsewhere. But what about the combination with Oxford's E&M? Do I have any chance when my PS was rather Econ heavy? The acceptance rate is quite low as far as I'm concerned.
Thank you already in advance for your answers

From what I understand decisions are heavily influenced by entrance exams and/or interviews for most of the subject combos you mentioned so there is a chance.
