MSc Computing & Information Systems at LJMU (Liverpool John Moores University)

Hello everyone!
I got an offer for computing master's at LJMU and Dundee university. Dundee course seems like a conversion course, which is ideal for me as someone who has no prior experience in CS (I studied a couple of lessons during my undergrad, but that's 5 years ago and all forgotten by now). However, I can't find information about the LJMU course, on whether you need to have experience/knowledge in CS/programming..

If anyone knows about the LJMU postgraduate course, are you expected to have basic knowledge in CS and programming? Is the class level advanced? Does it cover the basics?
I'm worried if all other students come from CS undergrad or have work experiene in the field (which, by browsing linkedin profiles is the majority of what I found), I won't be able to keep up with the course as it's a 1-year master's.

Thanks to anyone who read this far, I appreciate your time! Any advice is welcome

Hi, I work at LJMU. What is your undergraduate degree in? The course webpage says you need either an undergraduate degree in a 'cognate' (related) subject or to have relevant skills and/ or experience to offer alongside a 'non-cognate' undergraduate degree. It doesn't specifically mention computer science and programming so I have emailed the programme leader Rubem Pereira to ask him. Once he responds I'll let you know. Alternatively you can contact him direct, his email is available via clicking on his biography via the 'Details tab' here: https://www.ljmu.ac.uk/study/courses/postgraduates/2024/30269-computing-and-information-systems-msc
