Wow! how did you leap from a boy said, 'thank you love', to wanting to be in a relationship with him? unless you've missed something out he is just saying thanks, he's not asking you out?

i know he walked past me and said a boy never said it to me before
This is a very common and fairly meaningless thing here in the UK - it's just a friendly, familiar form of address, it doesn't mean he is or wants to be in a relationship or anything.

I'm not being funny, but you've been posting a lot on this specific forum. I really think you should speak to someone in your life if all of this is bothering you so much. I understand it might be embarrassing, but trust me when I say it's better to speak about the stuff you've posted with a trusted adult, like a teacher, than posting ten forum rants about them. Also, 'love' is a pretty common form of casual greeting, please don't read too much into it.
People saying "thank you, love" is kind of a casual thing. I wouldn't just assume he's asking you out. I get that all the time with people, and nobody meant to ask me out. : )
