Transferring from Salford to MMU

Just started my first year of interior architecture at Salford 4 days ago ( it’s just the induction week).
I have realised the course is not for me and want to do one or the fashion business courses instead.
I contacted the programme leaders but they have been unable to offer me a place as the courses are full.
I’m just wondering if MMU would consider me as a transfer and what the process would be for this
