Application to Kings EMDP?

My ucat is 2610 band 1, I meet the postcode, school criteria - would it be worth applying to kings EMDP - I loved the uni when i went to see at an open day!

I am getting my predicted grades hopefully in the next week but think they will be AAB - A*AA

they meet the min requirments of ABB so u should be fine and have a chance although if u do get interveiw not promising you will its likely to be near the end of the interveiw cycle coz ur ucat score is a bit on the lower end but people in the past have got accpeted with similar ucat to you, good luck!
