Hello, I have been made an unconditional offer to study film production here and am incredibly excited to make it my firm choice! I'm trying to decide on accommodation, I know I want to be on a park campus and am choosing between the two options (the Park Challinor and the Park Villas) and wanted to know what students think and how they compare! I'm also open to hearing about the off campus housing if people think that is much better . I'm an international student from America so i only got to see the school once and didn't get to see inside the accommodation. Also if anyone is in this course and will be going i'd love to get in touch! Thanks 🙂

Hey, I've also accepted an unconditional offer to study film production in September! I did get to see Challinor on the open day and tbh all the Park accommodation seems pretty nice. I put Villas as my first preference, then Hall, but I'm not too bothered, just glad to be on the course haha. Did you have to do an online interview?

Hello, great to hear someone else who is on the course! I'm still undecided about the accommodation and I have yet to accept my offer, (my family like to think things through for a long time, especially a big move like this!) But i will definitely be going here. I did have an online interview a couple months ago as well! Are you an in-country student? Where are you from? Thanks for the help and let me know where you end up being placed with accommodation!

Hoping all goes well with accepting your offer and I agree it's great to hear from other people! I'm from England, about 3 hours away from Cheltenham so going there and back for the interview day felt like a journey in itself. I can only imagine how exciting and nerve-wracking it would be to study internationally, but I'm sure you'll love it. What was it about the course or the uni that interested you? A lot of people I've asked over here weren't even aware of it existing so it feels like I've found a hidden gem

Hiya, I'm a mature student and have received a conditional offer to study Computer Games Programming at Gloucester in September. The offer is conditional on me receiving a good academic reference, but I'm worried my old tutors have not responded because they do not remember me maybe. Gloucester have said if I attend an Offer Holder Day I might get upgraded to unconditional. Is there an interview or group interview process for this does anyone know? What happens on the Offer Holder Days? I think I'll need to get upgraded to get in, unless one of my tutors responds. Any advice much appreciated

Hi, I have actually just accepted my offer! I'm definitely supper excited to be going to Gloucestershire and moving to England, although i am nervous too! I have always wanted to study Film Production so i knew that was my course, as for moving to England it was for a lot of reasons, mainly course availability and price 🙂 I also really loved the teachers at Gloucestershire and Cheltenham in general! Do you have instagram? I'd love to get to know someone who's gonna be there next year!

That's great omg! I agree, half of the reason I chose the uni was because the teachers on the course were so lovely. Although I haven't seen Cheltenham much I know I'll probably enjoy it more than a city uni (Salford would have been my other choice, and I didn't really get to see the lecturers there so I didn't get the same chance for a good impression). Yes, that'd be nice! I don't think I'll be able to go to any of the offer holder days etc to meet people before September

Is anyone else hoping to study sports therapy at Gloucestershire University and if so what accommodation are you looking at?
