Hello,I got a Zoho phone call tomorrow at 11am on for an Interview that was supposed to last for 10/15 minutes but for 30 minutes in the link given to me for the role of Technical Customer Success Executive. As the recruiter thinks I maybe a good fit for the role. In the call it will be about my experience, and a little more information about what the role is about. The interviewer has said to go through the Job description and view the company website in preparation and practice for this call. Which I have done already, Note-taking information about the company. I have practiced the Basics for example Tell me about yourself, Why would you like to work here. And linking any skills they are looking for with the Job Description for example Customer Service related Questions as well as Tech. Is there anything else to anticipate.
