Why am I getting a sudden breakout of acne?!

(Mild TMI warning, maybe, if it's needed?)

Hello! You've read the title, you know what's going on. As a teenager going through puberty I was really lucky and very rarely got acne, and most of it was pretty invisible anyway as I have a lot of freckles so acne gets mixed up in them. However, recently, I've suddenly been getting tons of pimples & spots all over my face & arms. Naturally, because I never really had to deal with this when I was younger, I have no idea what to do or what caused this!!

I have particularly oily skin. My friend said it could be dirty bedsheets -- sometimes, I use my pillows to masturbate. I obviously do not sleep with my face on the same pillow that I used to masturbate with, but if the cases get mixed up in the washer, could that still have an effect? I shower fairly frequently -- almost always I shower once a day (at least). I don't have any kind of skincare routine. Should I?

Please, please -- anyone with any understanding or experience of acne, help me out!! I'm totally stuck here 😭
