Hi,
I am so sorry to hear that. Is there anyway you could appeal this? Could you provide an Extenuating Circumstance application as to why you failed this? If not or they will not accept it, I would suggest immediately ringing the courses that are currently on clearing for pharmacy and see if they will accept you since you have completed the foundation year but also they would have reduced entry requirements. The universities in clearing for pharmacy at the moment is:
University of Brighton, UCLAN, UEA, Portsmouth and Ulster.
If they do not accept you for this years intake. You can try emailing all the universities in England to see which one will accept you for 2025/2026 despite failing the first year. If you went through difficult times, I suggest you call your doctor or seek a professional to get a note so that you can then submit this to Student Finance if you need extra funding for your course which would most likely be the case as you have used 2 years (foundation + first year). So if you course is 4 years long, it will be 4 -2 + 1 (gift year) = 3 years left so you would need an extra year of funding. I hope this helps and good luck 🙂.
