E Scooter/E bike on campus?

so I'm about to move into uni, and I'm yet to get my license or a car so I'm looking into other modes of transport! but I haven't seen any concrete writing on if either are allowed. has anyone used an escooter on campus? has there been any issues? an e bike seems less problematic, but they're far more expensive and I do know that bikes are only allowed to be kept in bike sheds, not in my dorm (so charging the thing would be an issue). any problems I should know? anything helps:smile:)

I do know escooters are dubious with legality, but I do see many people on them without them getting in trouble.

Officially, I don't think so no.
