How to get your personal statement sorted fast

AQA - Script not fully scanned

My English language GCSE came back as a grade 3. When we requested the script we could see that not all my work had been scanned on. There were 3 pages missing! My school has contacted AQA for them to find the paper script and get it remarked. I am really worried the paper won't be found. AQA aren't putting any urgency in sorting it. Does anyone know what happens to the Scripts once they've been scanned. Thank you.

Hello, has your been remarked? If so how long did it take after submitting? Was it paper 1 or 2 or both? Thanks
