AI detector and Personal Statement

I put my personal statement through a plagiarism checker, and it detected 0 plagiarism. However, when I put it through an AI detector, it said 36% of it was AI generated, so I tried changing some phrases that could sound like AI, and it said 40% of it was AI generated??? So I tried putting it through a different detector, which said 69% of it was AI generated. I don't know what to do because I wrote it myself, and it was flagging entire paragraphs that were apparently written by AI. Do I have to rewrite it all?
