Help me to find university of medicine and applying

Hey, I m from algeria I m 19 years old and I m about to enroll in my 2nd year as an medicine student in my country ( we study medicine in french here)
I was looking for vacancies to continue my studies abroad in Europe as an international student with an Algerian nationality I sent a lot of requests to apply in various universities( belgium,Portugal ,...)
With specific questions for applying by sending them on their administration emails
Although, they weren't answering all of them and just informing me about the courses are in which language

So I could you help to show me how to apply and get informations, please.
NB: I speak Arabic English and Spanish and I can understand "french ( not good at speaking it tho)"
