Help with Unit 3 Applied Law Exam

I’m really confused on how the exam goes, we are given a scenario two of them of each sides Side A and Side B however am confused of how it works and if someone can explain it to me step by step so I can get very high marks since I know most about the topics but not too sure how to apply my knowledge to this exam. And am confused about them releasing the pre release and am not really sure what will that help with.
