University of Roehampton Offer Letter
Hii, I got an email from ucas that my place has been confirmed through clearing and I also got one from university of roehampton including my course and my student ID but I haven't received my unconditional offer letter and I've got a week left to complete my CAS before enrolment. I'm worried and all advisors are busy when I call, does anyone know how long they take to reply back by email? Thank you

From personal experience with Roehampton University, the admissions team can be quite slow and complacent in responding to telephone calls and emails. I had to decline my firm choice at the beginning of September whilst going through the enrolment process with them. I declined their offer and applied to Kingston University through clearing and started my course two weeks later. I hope you have a better experience than myself and that your enrolment process is quick and swift. All the best koraxx.

Hi, I applied to the university through the direct application portal and submitted everything they needed and also successfully passed the credibility or Pre CAS Interview but haven’t received an unconditional offer letter yet. I am afraid my visa process wouldn’t be completed in time because of not getting any response from the university through call or email. 😕
