Spare room- Liverpool

Hi everyone,
I have a spare room i need to urgently find a replacement for in the Liverpool city centre region. The accommodation is Greenville street (Sanctuary students) and is located right next to chinatown and is less than 10 minutes from Liverpool one, bold street and the train station.

It is a 44 week contract that started on the 3rd of september and will end on the 8th of July. The cost is £137 per week (£6028 total) and paid in 3 instalments over the year.
