MOVE IN TODAY Student Room in York

Trying to find a tenant to replace me for this room. It's newly furbished room with a double bed, an ensuite bathroom, with a shared kitchen and living room. Great for socialising with other students. I never moved in, so the room is 100% clean and untouched.

The Deluxe Ensuite Room offers a larger than average living space, between 16-21m2, with a double bed, personal study desk and plenty of room to hang out with your mates. All bills are included in the weekly rent, with no council tax.

The rent is £250 weekly with all bills included. It's off campus but right next to a bus stop used by the 66 and other routes that go directly to the University of York.
