Important question please help!!!!

I got accepted into university of West London today but I live in another city. I don’t live in London. I will be moving to London in February 2025 and the course I applied to is forensic science is starting September 2024 I was wondering if I could change it and start it on February 2025 instead of September, also I cancelled my student finance cause I didn’t think they were gonna accept me into the university of West London . Can I apply for it again?

I am sure you can defer the time you join. Email the university and ask. You should inform student finance too, that you would prefer to join beginning of next year instead, so your application is ready for next year. But as you said you have cancelled it, so you can apply for that before you start in 2025.
