(URGENT) Imperial vs UCL for Chemistry

Hello,
This year I'm thinking to apply to a london university but am stuck on which one to choose. I don't live in london and have visited neither (but my application deadlines are coming soon). I believe I have the grades to have a realistic chance of getting in.
Things that are important to me:
- My family would prefer no interest when taking loans. Since they haven't implemented shariah loans yet for uni, I want to apply for scholarships. Does anyone know how to do so and when?
- The friendliness of professors
- Location, not too far away from a centre (both are okay in these regards)
- cheap accom, but this might not be a question for london unis 😭
