It's possible you could take a pre-registration masters in OT if the unis that offer it accept your undergrad degree subject. It is a 2-year condensed version of the 3-year undergrad course and on graduation you would be qualified to enter the NHS on salary band 5. You can search for courses here:

Yes I did BSc Health Science (Just finished this summer) and have been accepted for the pre-reg OT MSc. I would also suggest you get some relvant experience either working with SEN children, the elderly or people with disability....this will also help you decide if it is something you are intrested in.
