Hi, I have a contract in Chapter White City that I need taken over. Its for a bronze studio room, 14sqm, with a full kitchenette and en-suite bathroom. It's in a great location too, with Lidl & Iceland within a 2-minute walk of the accommodation, and just 5 minutes away from East Acton station, with full central line connectivity. The rent is £429 per week, and the contract is 44 weeks long, from September 2024 to July 2025.

I have a silver ensuite in IQ Will Wyatt court for £365 but it'll def be cheaper as I've paid the first instalment 🙂 It has a bus stop right in front of the main entrance, and is close to two tube stations as well. The rating on google is very high.

p.s. I've deferred my studies

Are you still looking? I have a single en-suite in Depot point - 2 min from Kingscross station.

I have a large ensuite at Moonraker Point(around 17min walk from campus) It is currently £340 per weekdue to construction works. My flatmates are reallynice and respectful. I’m looking to move to privateaccommodation as soon as possible due to personalreasons so I’m happy to pay a portion of the rent aswell(we can discuss this) if anyone is interested intaking over.
