Would it be possible to get into Durham or other Russell Group Uni’s with 2 GCSES?

I wanted to get some advice on whether I stand a chance of getting into Durham University or other Russell Group universities to study Sociology.

I currently have a 5 in Photography GCSE and a 4 in English GCSE. I’m aiming to achieve my Maths GCSE this year. I’m also studying an Extended Diploma in OCR Health and Social Care and aiming for D*D*D*, which I believe is equivalent to 3 A-levels at A*.

The reason my GCSE grades were lower is because I went to a special needs school due to autism and speech and language issues, and I couldn’t take many GCSEs. After that, I was homeschooled for two years due to mental health issues. Despite all these challenges, I’ve gone to college, worked hard, and I’m determined to do well. I plan to include this journey in my personal statement.

Does anyone know if I’d have a chance of getting into Durham or another Russell Group university with these qualifications?

Any advice would be appreciated!!

I don't know about Durham, but have you checked if you're eligible/interested in the Oxford or Cambridge foundation years?
