That sounds awful, I'm so sorry.

I'm aware that the pill is often used to control periods if they're too terrible (both physically and mentally), so I would recommend you go to your GP to get assesed and convince them to give you a prescription for the pill.

i appreciate the advice, i took the pill for about a year and a half (i came off a few months ago) as i took it consistently very rarely missing a day yet i noticed no difference in my periods and the pill was making me gain weight and giving me constant low moods. i felt depressed and dissociated 24/7 and life literally felt so fresh the week after i came off.

Did you try different types of pills during that year and a half? There are different types of pill so it might be worth still giving it a go, with a different pill.

the first half was the estrogen pill and the second half was the combined pill, and my parents arent going to let me try again now so i came off them.

I totally get how tough that can be. When I’m dealing with cramps and feeling overstimulated, I try a few things that help. I always keep a water bottle and snacks with me—it helps with hydration and energy. Noise-canceling headphones can be a lifesaver for blocking out extra noise. Sometimes I use a stress ball or a fidget toy to help manage anxiety. And if you can, maybe chat with your teacher about your situation; they might be able to offer some support or accommodations.
