Student Finance "Not Received"

My application was submitted and i've uploaded my "Supporting evidence" and "identity evidence" but it still says "NOT COMPLETE" on the supporting evidence tab. It hasn't changed for a couple of days either unlike the one on "Identity evidence" which now says RECEIVED.

I've contacted student finance but they just said that "identity evidence usually takes 19 days to process" and did not provide me with the info on what happens with the supporting evidence. I'm starting Uni on monday, please help!

Hi there,

Can you please tell us what this identity evidence was that you uploaded?

Thanks, Graeme

The identity evidence was my share code and proof of my settlement status. The Supporting evidence was a share code which is all that was asked to send. Is there something im missing in the supporting evidence? My bank statements?

Hi there,

If you have uploaded your share code and home office letter it can take approximately 19 working days to process. Have you applied as a UK national, Migrant Worker or EU national? Do you have any child dependents on your application?

Thanks, Drew

Hi,

Applied as EU national since i've gotten settled status on the 6th of September. Currently I depend on my parents for financial help.

Hi there,

So have you applied for the Tuition Fee Loan only or have you applied for the Maintenance Loan as well as the Tuition Fee Loan?

Thanks, Drew

Hi,

I’ve applied for both

Hi there,

Have you had to apply as a Migrant Worker as you did not get your settled status until after the 1st day of the academic year?

Thanks, Drew
