They do not have a great reputation about how they treat applicants - or students.
Ask for deferral to 2025 entry and do some careful thinking about the sort of Uni you want to go to.

If you can see my reply below you’ll know my son is in same predicament. Looking at all options but if we can get a house share together with fellow first years who are all in same boat without college accommodation then maybe you can all get together?
It’ll be a bit like speed dating but I’m sure we can all work it through.
