Depends really, most engineering courses will mandate physics and physical education will prove no use in this case. You could however, pursue data science, but that also depends very much on the university course and entry requirements

For civil engineering, physics is usually a required A-Level subject but at a lot of universities you will be able to apply to do a foundation year to get yourself up to the required knowledge level. Clinical engineering and fire-safety engineering are usually studied as a specific Masters following a Bachelors in engineering (still check specific course requirements), and as most engineering undergraduate courses will have the same physics requirement, a foundation year would still be the best route for you.

Data science (obviously course-dependent) should only require maths A-Level for an undergraduate degree but this courses relevant to this field aren't always just titled 'Data science' (for example at University of Bath there is a course called 'Mathematics, Statistics, and Data Science') so its worth looking around at what these courses entail and working out what exactly interests you.

You need to look at the 'entry requirements' on the relevant course page on a range of different Uni websites - they will all be slightly different.

Examples :
Civil Engineering BEng | Undergraduate study | Loughborough University (lboro.ac.uk) - Maths and 'preferably a second science'
BEng (Hons) Biomedical and Healthcare Engineering degree City, University of London - either Physics or two other science subjects
BEng Structural and Fire Safety Engineering | The University of Edinburgh - Mathematics and one of Physics (preferred), Biology, Chemistry, Computing Science/Computing
Data Science BSc | University of Leeds - Maths
