Aston placement year

Hi guys I’m studying accounting and finance at Aston I’m currently in my compulsory placement year however i was unable to find a placement and now I’ve been told that I’ve got a month to find one or else I’ve failed the year and cannot progress. I’m not sure on what to do and this is starting to stress out and affect my mental health. Does anyone have any suggestions? (There is literally no more placements left for this year)

Hey have you found one? You can do volunteering or even a part time job counts as placement.

That sounds very unusual. If you are unable to find a placement, the student usually has the option to convert the degree to 3yrs full time so they simply progress on from year 2 to final yr, yr 3. It's not clear from you post whether you're in your 2nd yr looking for a placement for next yr or what you mean by 'I'm in my compulsory placement year' if you haven't got a placement.
