Personal statement

I am really struggling come up with a theme to make my personal statement about. I want to do veterinary medicine and nothing special has happened when I did work experience
Hey. I got somewhere with my PS using this system

First jot down all the things you want to include. Start with the basic questions (what I like, dislike, why it interests me, etc.) Don't be hesitant here - pen your thoughts down. After that try correlating all of them with any achievements you did and this should form your first outline for a PS. Write a draft and repeat this process again and again.

Ideally the ps should be very subject specific, so do not include any unnecessary details.

I honestly feel you lol. I'm still finishing mine off but a good way to start would be what sparked your interest (for me it was my pets^^). Even if nothing much happened during your work experience, I would mention any tasks you were assigned (eg. wiping tables, cleaning out animal pens) and in general what you witnessed. Then explain the importance of everything in a veterinary context (eg. teamwork between nurses and surgeons, good hygiene) and also the skills you gained.

Definitely not an expert, but I hope this helps
