How long does it take to swap/transfer rooms in KCL

Hello!

I will be swapping my room but couldn't find much information about how long the processing will actually take. The official KCL accommodation website states “up to two weeks.” Does this mean that the process usually takes two weeks, or can I expect a shorter timeframe?

Please help me if you have any experience with room swaps or transfers! Thank you
