tip on how to ace all essays

i need tips because i have a 500 word essay coming up soon so i need tips

if its a personal essay where u don't rly need to do any research, my only recommendation is to sit and write. think of it as yapping to a friend. you can even write it in texting format if you want, then refine it and go into more detail afterwards until it inevitably turns into an essay

if it's something more professional like a research assignment always make sure to plan out what ur gonna say. doesn't need to be anything special just like: introduction, paragraph 1: pros about x, paragraph 2: cons about y, conclusion. they act as starting points so u don't get stuck, and also keeps u on track so u have structure in ur essay

make sure ur always citing references. i hate it too but if the information isn't yours then you gotta put it in the harvard format at the bottom of the page. theres a website called neils toolbox that can automatically format it for you!!
