Hello,

I really need help with this. Whenever I apply for Student finance, my application does not show in my online portal but I receive emails. Why is this happening and how can I change it, because I do cannot see the process of my application.

When did you last submit an application? Have you contacted us to check if we can see your applications? Is it for the 2024/25 academic year?

Hello,

Yes this is for the 2024/25 academic year. I received emails saying my application and documents have been received and it will take up to 6 weeks but can’t see it on my portal

We are unable to access accounts and can only provide general information. I would advise you contact us so we can check we have your application if you are unable to see it. To access our live chat service select undergraduate and then ‘contact us’. From here you will be able to use our live chat service when it is available.
