Lnat helpp

I'm a year 13 student who is looking to score well on the LNAT

The stress of Year 13 and my insane amount of responsibilities has led me to put it off and now I'm really scared i can't do well!

My test is in November the 2nd and i don't know what to do.

Anyone whose done the test before or knows someone who did do you have any advice?
i did my lnat on friday, and i also put off practicing for a while, but honestly you have a long time to prep so don't stress! practice papers are KEY i did a lot of arbitio in preparation which is really hard like noticably harder than the actual test but it can be quite demoralising also and i've heard some people say it marks slightly differently than the real thing. also keeping up with current events is really useful for the essay section, if you don't want to read articles or anything (which i didn't really do bc i was focused on the mcq) then listening to bbc breakfast in the mornings i felt was quite useful, it just gives you a quick overview of what's going on in the uk. anyway good luck, hope you do great!

i acc didn't do any essay plans but i can give you the essay topics i got and stuff that i and others i know doing the lnat have looked into; my questions (obvs a bit paraphrased i cant remember it all) were should women be granted a certain percentage of seats in the legislature, should private schools be banned, and is capital punishment justified in some cases. i'd reccomend looking into stuff prevalent in the media rn, so climate change, topics on CAGE (class age gender ethnicity), just whatever is of importance in the world rn

hi!! hope your lnat went well!! any tips for the essay qs?? and are the qs you mentioned past ones or the ones you got in the exam?

the qs i mentioned are the ones i got in the exam, honestly my main tips would be to make sure you're at least a little bit up to date with current uk events, and to PLAN planning before the exam saved my life. it might depend on the place you do it but for me they gave me a whiteboard and a whiteboard pen which i used for planning and it was soooo useful essay planning is key. also keep an eye on the word count but dont stress too much ab it. they recommend essays 500-600 words and never over 750 and i went over 750 so i had to stress cut words in the last 40 seconds, and ended up with 748, but tbh i wouldn't imagine that that's a big deal. anyway good luck with yours!
