falling behind for a levels help???

So I'm doing bio, chem, maths and further maths and it's definitely getting too stressful. I have two fm tests coming up this week that I have not revised for at all, and one of them will basically determine whether or not we can continue further maths. Everyone in all my classes are ahead of me; they've already read ahead of the lesson, are doing so many other extracurriculars and are way ahead of the teacher in class. Meanwhile I'm sleep deprived, consistently late (I've already got a detention on the first week), struggling to catch up with what's happening in class and I can't seem to remember anything we've been thought. I'm still debating whether or not I should drop further maths while others are way ahead. I've tried to organise everything, create to-do lists, schedules etc, because I kept missing and forgetting when I had a class, extracurriculars etc, but this has only taken up more and more of my time. By the time friday comes, I just end up sleeping the whole day to catch up on sleep, and I just don't have the motivation to do anything for the rest of the weekend because I'm burnt out.

Any advice on how to deal with this/be more productive??? I really do want to continue further maths but we get set so much homework, which takes me longer than average to complete as I'm not good at maths. I would still like to do further maths, but is the workload too much??

Calm down and spend a full day trying to fully organise yourself and see what you want to do, don't worry and just try your but to be organised and try to revise as much as you can. Approach your teachers if anything gets too tough.
