does anyone know how hard the plymouth foundation year is? Becuase I saw the modules and it just looks like another A-Level biology😭I only wanna do foundation if I'm sure I can get the grade and progress to optom

i’m actually not sure help i made this post in about september time and have firmed it since then i actually really enjoyed the way the modules sound but gonna have to work hard to progress 😊😊

did you do an interview for it? how was it? i applied for normal optom but my predicted grades didnt meet it so they gave me the foundation offer and interview.

hii so they invited me for an interview which is in 2 weeks actually and then gave me an offer so i have firmed it! i just need to prep for the interview now! i also applied for normal optom and got rejected but i also applied for the foundation and yea! my predicted are A* in welshbacc and ccc in bio chem and psych!!☺️

i’m also attending an offer holder day in march just cos i’ve never been to plymouth and live 3 hrs away☺️also congrats on the offer and interview!!

same i live like 3 and a half hours away so i’ll have to accommodate if i do go. plymouths good tho cuz its next to the city centre and stuff but ill be paying off debt till im deaddddd

SO REALLL like from wales to plymouth it’s like a 3 hr train so i’m going to accommodate as well!! i’m currently looking at the options lolol☺️

also it’s literally next to the sea and it’s quite urban i think but i’m excited to visit!!
