Move in to halls on Friday 20th

So I’ve booked my arrival to Glen Eyre for Friday the 20th through the accommodationservices website, however this means the page now says dates 21/09/2024 - 05/07/2025, yet due to arrive on 20/09/2024. As well as this, my Agreement for University Accommodation doesn’t have a start date at all, only a 41 week standard licence. Just checking that I’m OK to move in on the 20th, as the Southampton.ac.uk arrivals page says I can move in to Glen eyre Thursday-Sunday?

Yes it is fine to move in on the 20th.

The page states 21/09/2024 - 05/07/2025 as this is exactly 41 weeks. And so this is your contract's dates. However, moving in is allowed from before (i.e. from Thursday).
