Will a 6 hold me back from PPE at Oxford?
My overall achieved grades were 998888865 which I feel isn't terrible for a competitive application to Oxford, however will the fact I have a 5 (photography) and a 6 (in english language) massively negatively impact my chances for getting into Oxford?
I know i can still make a very competitive application if I get good a-levels, good tsa score and a good interview but will the aforementioned two grades weigh me down much realistically?

Your photography grade is not an issue. If you are not studying any essay based subjects at A level, your English grade may raise slight concerns regarding your essay writing ability, but you should be fine either way. Focus on your admissions test preparation, A levels and personal statement for now. GCSEs are only used by Oxford as an indicator of academic performance.
