Additional Evidence

Student finance has asked me to write another cover letter confirming my transfer to a new uni, I have already provided evidence to them that they have reviewed and asked for this.
Is this going to take another four weeks to process as I am really worried with my course date starting soon.

Hi angela, it was because my old uni had contacted them to say I was retaking my exams there even though I had already told both them and student finance I was transferring, they requested I write a cover letter and submit it to evidence confirming this info once again.
