Need Someone to take over student accomodation lease with Scape Bloomsbury

Hi I'm looking for someone to take over my lease with Scape Bloomsbury, the lease is for 52 weeks from September 7 2024 to 6 September 2025, the room is a en-suite with its own kitchen and refrigeration, the room has ample storage space. The accommodation is also short walk to UCL. Currently renting at 620 GBP per week. Please reply to this forum if interested!
