Hello, thank you for getting in touch with BU! If you're a new student, who opted for a halls inclusive bus pass when you booked your accommodation at BU, you will be sent an email by the Residential Services Team advising you how to download the Unibus app and register for your pass. The dedicated Unibus app can be used on the U1, U2, U3 and U4 buses for BU services, as well as all services operating within the morebus Zone A network. You can find information about the Unibus Service on this page: Public Transport.
