Nursing Degree funding

I got accepted into nursing degree at bcu however I only have 2 yrs of funding left on student finance. Ive heard people saying that sfe do fund your course if its nursing but im not so sure and its giving me major anxiety. I have rang sfe but they dont seem so sure themselves or maybe im wording it wrong
Hi, I've moved your thread to the Ask Student Finance England forum so an official representative from SFE can advise you further

It would probably help them if you specify which course exactly it is you'll be doing (including the length of the course), and how many years you have previously studied in higher education.

I believe nursing is an exception course and exempt from prior study calculations but the SFE reps will be best placed to advise!

Hi simrak,

Nursing is an Allied Health Professional exception course so we won't take your previous study into account and you should be able to get full funding for this course.

Thanks,
Calum
