Student finance levels query
Does a years study for an HND, count as a year taken away from your finance allowance? I didn't complete the year.
For example, you want to do a typical 3 year degree plus 1 year allowance, equals 4 years entitlement. Will it be a year taken away, or would it not count as it's lower than a degree award?
