Need help with evidence

I applied for the maintenance loan I had sent in my brp and my ilr confirmation letter from the home office but I am told I still need to send in the following. I have uploaded a copy of my old brp that was used before it expired and was sent back as requested by the home office so I do not have the original .I am yet to receive a response and I start university this week. This is the following email i recieved

Immigration status within the UK
Please send us any evidence listed below to confirm your immigration status
in the UK from 01/09/2021 TO 25/10/2024

your original/digital Home Office letter confirming your status in the UK
and the reason for this status being granted. The letter must clearly show
the date on which you were granted your status, and the date on which this
status will expire (if applicable)
your original Immigration Status Document
your original passport with relevant vignette confirming your immigration
status in the UK
your original valid/expired biometric residence permit card
your original UK Travel Document

You must send evidence that covers all dates. If you’ve made any
applications to the Home Office for further leave during this period then
you’ll also need to provide your original Home Office letter showing that
the application was made before your previous immigration status expired.

Hi ejirooosoro,

What document do you have a copy of?

Thanks,
Calum

it is my brp that was valid before applying for my ilr. This was sent back to the home office once my new brp with the ilr on it was issued as required.

this brp has the date 24/08/2021- 22/08/2023

Hi ejirooosoro,

We would need your original Home Office Biometric Residence card. If you do not have evidence you can request us to check your status directly with the Home Office.

Thanks,
Calum

the original one with these dates or the one i have currently. If the one with these dates it cant be sent out as it is required to send it back in or you are fined £1000. How long will it take to check status with home office?

Hi there. We would need the one that confirms the previous dates. If you cannot send this, you will need to send us a cover letter explaining this and we can then try and carry out a Home Office check. There is no exact timescale for how long these take but this would be the only other option. Thanks, David
