MmU enrolement issue

My son has not yet received his enrolement details for his MSc. He phoned admissions and they said as he had just graduated from MMU his account should automatically migrate to a post grad one but for some reason that hadn’t happened. They advised him to phone enrolement but they have not answered their phones all day or responded to his email
